Refund policy

Based on the tracking information, all returns must be received within 30 days (including holidays) of your delivery date (the date you or your local post office received the parcel).


All returns must be received in their original condition with their original tags and packaging. 


The dust bag and shoebox are part of the product and must be returned in original condition.


All returns must not be used, altered or washed.


Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.


Please clearly write your order number outside the package to allow us to identify and prioritize your return. 


LEONORA YANG reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to their original shipping address at our discretion.



Returns

Return Process

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order is delivered

Returned items must comply with our returns' policy, which is stated as follows:

- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included

- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned

- When trying on footwear, exercise caution and avoid marking the soles or damaging the provided shoebox

- Customized items (if applicable) cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

- Return packages should be shipped and trackable from your location within one week of receipt of the return confirmation email/notification.

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

You are responsible for purchasing international shipping labels at your expense. All returned merchandise outside must be declared as ‘Returned Merchandise’. Please ship the package using your country’s local shipping carrier (such as Canada Post, USPS, EMS) with a tracking number provided. Returns shipped by other services (including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) will incur brokerage fees and/or duties deducted from the refund you will receive.


How To Initiate A Return

2. LEONORA YANG* customer care team will reply to you promptly with instructions for facilitating your return.

3. Please note that if you have personal reasons for the return (such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, etc.) and your return incurs customs or duty fees, we may deduct these fees from your refund at our sole discretion. Such returns will require you to self-arrange and self-pay for the shipment back to us. We will not provide free delivery/return labels.

4. When your return is approved, we will provide you with an address to ship to. Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your items. In the case of lost, damaged or delayed packages, we will not be held responsible.


After your package is sent out, please provide us with the tracking number so we can process your return promptly.

Exchanges

LEONORA YANG does not offer exchanges at this moment.


Refunds


Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
